GDT: 9/22 - Finland vs. Russia - 3 PM ET

Watching the Fins in this period is like when the A.I. in NHL 16 just decides to Nerf everything you do and all of your shots go wide of the net, passes jump over sticks, etc.
 
Actually in both games (Sweden, Russia) Finland is playing quite well, and dominating at times...is a matter of puck in or out..as simple as that...the game that we were really bad was vs NA

If you guys rather prefer Can U24, then I overestimate your love to hockey....That wil be the most meaningless final ever. Have to admit that having some players in second team must disperse support inbetween two teams a bit. Still it would be a meaningless game...

Majority of Canada wants to see a 6-0 game? Russia is the only team that can somehow challenge Canada, NA has no chance with those kids.

They didn't realize they needed to win in regulation to advance. The coaches didn't inform the players, which was a stupid mistake by the coaches.
 
Well, can't really be bothered - this is a meaningless game for us. Bad tournament yes, but we in the middle of big generation shift and this just came too early. I wouldn't really despair at all, like someone said, this is the nadir - we shall rise!

Doesn't say much. Finland has lost games where they were "dominating" more than they have won those, namely because of the lack of goal-scoring.

But isn't that meaningless, it's head to head that counts, whichever way they beat Sweden?

I thought the same when they played Russia and Sweden..clearly they proved me wrong... only Russia playing nearly at their best beat them...

Besides Canada never has faced a team so fast as NA...so yes, it would have been pretty interesting to watch
