You're right. I feel like his highest point production might surpass Crosby (especially if the NHL increases scoring again) because his peak is gonna be incredible but as soon as his skating starts to slow down, I don't think he'll be as effective around 30 or 35 like Crosby will be. Crosby's vision and whatnot seems a bit ahead of McDavid though McDavid has a pretty good active stick in the defensive zone.
