I think most people acknowledge and appreciate his hustle or at least his defensive play. He’s always been way overhated, even when he’s not producing offensively he’s always busting ass and playing well on D
I'm a well known Killorn critic but Killorn's name shouldn't be in this post. If nothing else he's the one vet leading by example by busting his ass every night. I still have my criticisms with his puck management in the offensive zone but he's the last vet whose leadership should be questioned.I wish Getzlaf didn't have the knees and back of a 78 year old. When he was "healthy" he was still so good. Could sure use his leadership the last 3 seasons, because guys like Strome, Killorn and Gudas ain't the guys to show these young kids the way.
A lot of it seems to be mental for goalies, I think the trade provided a nice reset for him, went from an organization that gave up on him after previously expecting him to be the starter that got them to the next level to an organization that didn’t need him to be anything more than a third stringHusso seems pretty good, am i crazy?
Absolutely. They're playing down to us and we're still getting owned.Winnipeg looks like they're going half-speed, too. Yeah their full lineup is playing, but we're getting owned in a game the opposing team is treating like a glorified scrimmage..
Not watching yet, but we are superb at also playing down to us.Absolutely. They're playing down to us and we're still getting owned.
Just bench Gudas, my lord.
Playing on a injury. Dude needed to be shut down.Gudas actually just can't skate
i wouldn't trade them either, but this org has a crowded D pipeline so someone will have to goWell of course but is his size holding him back? Not sure
I have similar concerns about Mintyukovs skating. He’s not a dynamic skater and that’s a little worrying
Again, I wouldn’t trade any of them in the next 12 months. Like to see what they can do with a different coaching staff
