Leo seriously deserved to have been on the scoresheet. In terms of pure performance as a first line center, that was arguably the best game of his career so far. Our most dangerous player offensively by a lot and he had a handful of great defensive plays including catching up to Kaprizov who was on a counter rush and stripping the puck off him with a quick backcheck.

One of the few bright spots in an otherwise shitty performance by the team.

Zegras was not good last night

He made mistakes defensively but he made a lot of positive offensive moves. He stole the puck multiple times, set up players, etc.... It wasn't his best game but he wasn't bad in comparison to others

If the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, can we then assume that this coaching staff is insane?

Strome and Vatrano were on the PP and used in OT even though they have been playing terribly, have no chemistry, and have no PP goals combined. It also restricts young players from these moments to gain experience. A mistake in so many ways. These coaches are a joke.
