Good period, lots of speed, very good defensively, and even a few offensive moments..

If the team needs to score more (and they do) the coach needs to give the best chance to. Give Stepsn a player to play with. I don't care if its Gaborik or Nash. Give your top two lines some balance.

Gotta break up Gaborik-Richards-Nash. They're not producing and the second line can't without a top player. Give both lines a chance and spread the wealth.

Gabs and Nash are working so well together, I think those two should stay together for now. Maybe try Stepan at 1c, get Richards' creativity and passing on the 2nd line. Could help Steps find his game too.

So far all the punching bags had an OK first.
Gilroy, Asham, Rupp, Stralman, Bickel and Halpern all looked OK IMO, albeit Rupp & Asham are slow and do not really show that energy spark we need. Watch Asham go after Hedman now...

Very good play so far.

Keep fore-checking and shooting. The goals will come.

11 SOG for the Rangers. Meaning we shoot more when we don't have the power play.
