Our D are extremely immobile and slow except for Reilly

It's not just the D. The offensive players are extremely slow. There's a reason why Kampf and Lafferty look so much better. They're the only two who seem to be able to skate without the puck and create any forecheck issues. Nylander can carry the puck too but that's essentially it. Tavares, Matthews and Marner are extremely slow. It's also why they lost so many over time games with open ice.
