It does feel somewhat bad to rag on guys just trying to realize their NHL dreams but if you're not good enough, you're not good enough. Maybe if we'd already expanded to 36 teams by now he could find a spot on a third pair somewhere but honestly I'd bet there's a lot more than eight AHL defensemen better than him.
