Sid is playing phenomenal hockey right now. Like he should be. Winnik + Hornqvist as his wingers helps. Letang not on the powerplay helps too. That said, we are pretty much a one line team now. Need to get Geno´s line going too, otherwise we are going nowhere.

Winnik > Perron. He´s our second best winger after Horny (who´s instrumental!).

Winnik isn't better than Perron.

No. Winnik meshes better with Sid and Horny though.

BTW, the way this organization looks at Perron versus Kunitz reminds me of how they rationalized Despres for Lovejoy.

Seriously, instead of Kunitz playing more than Sid, why not just have Malkin center Perron and Bennett for a random shift.

Mike Johnston is the worst bench coach in hockey. It's not even close.

He´s definitely playing better now, though. Working hard, playing great effective two-way hockey. Perron might be more skilled but Winnik is a very reliable and solid player.

Perron is more skilled and also plays good hockey. It's not true in any way. Is he better for Sid than Perron? Not nearly a large enough sample size to declare.
