I feel like Mcdonagh has taken that next step. Watching this kid I really feel like he is truly not just a superstar but blossoming into an ELITE defenseman.

He's right there at the bottom of the top-10, and in terms of value, closer to top-5 when you factor in age and contract (for example, you would be stupid to trade him for Chara today).
