I caught a few minutes of an episode of The AV Squad on MSG last week or something and they were talking to Glass about how they do some stuff at practice. He said something along the lines of when they do shooting drills, if the forwards score, the defense skates some number of laps and if the forwards don't have a shot on goal, they skate. Almost made me want to watch more of it until I realized it doesn't matter at all.

You can see it in his body language and his statements that his patience has worn thin. After looking at this game, I cant blame him.
