We went from Mac-n-C's (Cutter-Mac-Colangelo) to Mac-n-CheeZe (Z-Mac-Colangelo). Heck, I'll take Mac-n-C (Nesterenko-Mac-Colangelo) Whichever Mac-n-cheese we get as long as we get it, I'm fine.

Yeah you can always find a small business owner restaurant who knows what they are doing. Have found some good places in Florida, but it’s Italians from the Bronx who moved down there and opened up a shop.

Not sure where you're staying, but if you're in Tustin, there's a New York style pizzeria called Terra Mia. Would love a New Yorker's take on it.

I guess California can't take credit for Costco Pizza since Costco is everywhere, even if they don't carry the supreme option (damned COVID!). It's difficult to beat a $10 Costco pizza that's like twice the size of everyone else's large and probably costs 4x's more than a Costco pizza.

There's definitely been something going around. I got bludgeoned by a really nasty bug on Tuesday night and a bunch of people at work have been sick too. always annoys me when boss level people come in to work as they essentially struggle to breathe.

If you want Chicago style deep dish, Tony's Little Italy in Placentia is where I go. Not sure what actual people from Chicago think. Since it's deep dish, it'll take at least an hour to make, so keep that in mind.
