Teams need to penalized for making those changes and trying to get away with it during an icing. They basically get a free time-out.

A few years ago they tried this in the UK at all levels from under 16s upwards except the elite league, zero tolerance for changing on an icing, immediate penalty. To make it black and white, a player putting one foot on or off the bench after an icing = penalty.

We are out goaltender the minute the puck drops every night and have been for two years. This is it folks We have below average goaltending and are missing centers. Not making the playoffs with that combo

Not to sound like a jerk, but why don't you just go away and come back next season? We get the point you're trying to make. Whether we agree with you, or not, we get it. We don't need it repeated every time a goal goes in or a bad play happens.
