Kreider is a 1st line player, and one of the best forwards on the team, and probably the only guy that knows how to play in front of the net.

How many 1st liners are there in the NHL? Common sense would say 90. You want to be selective and say 70? Easy analysis says he is. He is at 68th best for points in the NHL for forwards last season. Advanced analytics 100% have him as a 1st line player. The eye test sees it. He elevates his game, plays intense, plays tough, and is healthy. Subjective and objective analysis says that he is.
