The game has gotten so soft.

There were several times this game along where i instinctively prepared to see a big hit, but at the last minute, every just lets up. No hip checks. no open ice hits. Its all just board bumping and playing angles.

I do think it’s softer but the players are so fast now it’s so easy for them to just go around now
