Tonight, Erod should be of the mindset that he’s fighting for his job. If he can’t at least help maintain what the 4th line has been doing, I really don’t care to see him in the lineup for the rest of the year.
E-Rod needs to simplify. It's like his hot start and early PP1 time convinced him that he could pull off a lot more than he can. Ask what his linemates want and do his best to facilitate it.

I'm legit surprised how many people, not necessarily on here but in the "Pens Universe" think Zucker's comeback is a huge deal.

Anything they get out of him and him not getting injured again within the next week would be bonuses.

He's a nice guy... good in the room and all that. So I think people attach themselves to players who get lots of that kind of praise.

Many in the Pens Universe were and still are lamenting shuffling off ZAR as part of the Rakell deal as "too much" because you "win in the playoffs with guys like that" and "defense wins championships" etc. So grain of salt. A lot of these people should probably stick to the Stillers.

This game is a game that is really either win and get two or not. I do think the Pens will play well and play a game without it being a 4 point game like the Rangers. Teams at this point are just playing who is in front of them and should be a good game. But points are needed so hopefully it is a win.

Idk what would cause a bigger meltdown, Zucker scoring a few goals like his last game or him butchering every chance he gets.

If he looks like a guy fresh off core muscle surgery, we’re in for an interesting night.

No matter what happens, positive or negative, there’s going to be a huge Zucker meltdown.

River of deceit....

Don't mind me, I'm on a Layne Staley kick..

Wrong, I'd go with incredibly ''level headed and realistic''. I'm not spoiled at all. I appreciate very much what this team has accomplished with this core. THREE CUPS, Four finals, five conference finals. Multiple
Hart and Art Ross trophy's. I'm actually very satisfied. To me winning a round is all that I'm hoping for. Losing five series in succession well yeah, that'd be a tough pill to swallow. But I'm grateful and thankful for what this team has achieved. But make no mistake, this is our last gasp.
I'm sticking with spoiled, but thanks. You ain't the bellwether, brah, no offense.
