Expecting him to "just pay the man" for a guy that (I'm assuming) he knows very little about would be a small miracle. I guess it depends on how much Waddell/Tulsky told him about Nikishin. Obviously, you and I know that it should be a no-brainer to get something done, but it ALSO a no-brainer to get something done with RBA and Guentzel and he made those processes as long and as painful as possible.
