You very well know teams keep it a secret when playoff time comes. So yeah, no info about the nature of his injury. He can still pretty much be injured and play just because of the playoffs.
Hurricanes play their last games on April, 16th and 17th. If SKA loses the series, Nikishin will get to NA on April, 10th-11th. Maybe 12th, but hardly later. So there is a good chance he'll get visa and play in those games. Of course if he's healthy.

SKA up 3-1 going into 3rd period of game 3, so we'll likely have to wait a little while longer. Nikishin with a goal, does he want return SKA?

SKA took a 5min major up 1 with about 4 minutes left. Dynamo pulled their goalie though and just allowed a full ice empty netter. 5-3 SKA so looks pretty certain SKA will at least get to 5 games. Soonest Nikishin comes over would be next weekend now.

I watched a bit of the game and Nikishin definitely stood out as a difference maker even aside from his goal. He was great at both ends. No surprise but good to see despite the win making us wait a bit longer for him. I’m not part of the instant gratification generation anyways.

Habs fan here who keep watching SKA for Demidov but who does think that Nikishin will be a freakin stud for you guys. I mean, top 20 d-man of the league without a doubt. This kid is something else.

i was not expecting to be reminded of the existence of (hurricanes legend) cedric paquette today.
I have a feeling Nikishin plays injured so I doubt we'll see him in the NHL this season. I hope I'm wrong, of course...
