Might be that the Rooski’s are a little less worried about his overall health and the IHHF(?) or whoever puts on the WJC is overly cautious. I tend to think the latter as I don’t think he would have been drafted if his condition was prohibitive to him playing hockey.

I’m more surprised Pashin didn’t make the cut or get an invite.
