  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

Refs conferred and decided to call GI to look less stupid than blowing the whistle n an uncovered puck.

What wasn’t said… “We’re stupid. So we are calling GI. You can challenge if you want.”

Better than a make up call.

I think we're starting to see guys take that next step and get some chemistry going. I know it's frustrating but just happy to see the improvements

Yeah if the mindset was "they don't have the chemistry we thought they would" it's a stupid reason not to keep trying them together. Cutter wasn't just struggling. His sloppy puck management and no look pass attempts targeted at trying to impress the coaches was not a chemistry issue. It was a development/adjustment issue for Cutter. Once Cutter cleaned his game up, they still weren't trying the pair with each other. And if chemistry was the reason it's all the more laughable considering how many games Killorn has been shackled to Leo's ankle.

But they really are a natural fit. Leo the pass first playmaker, Cutter the shoot first sniper. Both of them are super fast. It makes so much sense and we waited until there's 14 games left in the season to try it again.

Only thing that sucks about that PS goal, Cutter doesn’t get the assist. Cutter has the speed to skate with Leo, and he is going to shoot the puck. They just need a power forward on RW who can win puck battles, create space, and crash the net. That was Killorn about 5 years ago.

I think this is what happened too. Especially after the delayed penalty shot.

Bah gawd that's Sennecke's music! (I hope. We'll see how he plays when he fills out)

Cutter is explosive!

Also how about the touch on that pass to send Leo in alone?
Yeah Leo did well to read his intentions and interrupt the defenders still to get the pass. Same for Cutter when he went zooming to the o zone off a nice little exchange with Leo near the Ducks blue line. Would be cool if they start meshing - bodes well for the future.

So they are up 3-2, going into the 3rd, you know what that means right?

Big problem now is that we have a lead, an angry building, and what appears to be a very impressionable officiating crew. Perfect recipe for game management.

Stay disciplined guys

Yeah that line would be perfect, because Sennecke is a goalscorer and a playmaker.

A second line of McT-Z-Terry would be fun, too.
I agree but kind of wishful thinking. I think this organization is going to continue to insist on developing Mac as a center over Zegras due to...size I guess.

That better not be Zegras losing his man in the DZone because he unnecessarily extended ANOTHER shift for no reason
