all the whiners are back. rangers have outplayed the bruisn they will get it back

You're indirectly making our point. The Bruins will be getting their game back. When you outplay a team that badly, you need to get at least 2 goals. They could've very well gotten 3 or 4 goals there. But now the Bruins will actually start playing the game. Not only did they get momentum, but it's a new game of 40 minutes. It's one thing to be down a goal or two and just starting to get your game back, it's another to be tied, realizing how lucky you are to be in the game, and now you get momentum and your game going.

The Rangers really screwed up. Of course there's still 40 minutes left, but the Rangers should've given themselves a better chance at getting some points in the standings. If they lose, you gotta look at the first period as to why they lost.

Or, we could do what we've done most of the year and not capitalize on prime scoring opportunities. Which cost us multiple games this year, including one yesterday.

Never seen so many cross-checks in one period. I wish more teams played like Chicago.

LOL at that Sammy's commercial hahaha
The rangers have been a a good roll for the past 5 weeks. I mean sometimes you have to give credit to teh opposing goaltender

Dominating and generating scoring opportunities doesn't mean much unless the team can actually convert on those chances. Frustrating to come out of that period tied. Same crap happened yesterday, but at least Rask is actually a great goalie.

Actually you indirectly made my point so thanks lol. Its not like the rangers missed open nets for chrissakes

What are you guys complaining about? Great period.

Bruins had three scoring chances that period and scored on one of them.

I wouldn't change a thing. Play this way the next 40.

It makes me nervous when you play a period like that and come out with only 1 goal and no lead. You think the Bruins are gonna continue to bend over for the next 2 periods?

This isn't like an anomaly and we constantly score 5 goals. We have trouble finishing all the time. Our players are notorious for it.

It was a great period, but a typical one. We completely dominate and end up tied at the end.

And no, Jonesy, Rangers fans won't be at a loss if we don't sign him. We'll be at a loss if we give him the 36-46 million he is requesting.

I tend to agree with you .

Exactly. There are ebbs and flow in every game. You need to take advantage of the time you're out-playing your opponent. We didn't that period. We dominated and have a tie game to show for it. Could've been 3 or 4-0 right now, with the game basically won. Instead we now have a tie game against a tough team and our guys are playing their 3rd game in 4 nights. I hope we keep it up, but I have a feeling that period comes back to bite us.

Major ups to Tuukka that period though. This is how playing Henrik must feel at times.

Our fans need to toughen up a bit. I mean the "cant finish" crap is ridiculous. the Rangers are generation good offensive pressure. Tuuka Rask is not a bum. That last goal was because of a defensive lapse otherwise the Rangers have kicked ass

"You cant underestimate Callahans hands". Not sure if these commenters are serious

Rangers will win

JT Miller is looking more and more like he should stay, especially if Callahan is dealt without a solid roster player coming back.

Dominating a period and coming out TIED is not good. The Bruins played like **** and scored the same amount of goals as us. They're gonna come out strong. Will the Rangers continue their sharp execution, or will they become discouraged? We shall see. :: slow zoom on lioness ::
