Goalie since age 5; the windmill / exaggerated movement for a glove save is rarely needed unless you are moving in the act of making the save. To me, the belly flop Fedorov did was a demonstration of his rawness as I interpret it as being in motion to cover a loose puck if it were to have squirted out of his glove.
Me too, lifelong keeper. I didn’t see it as exaggerated. He wasn’t sure he had it so he put it down in front. Not a hotdog play.

You guys really watching the whole game? Iam not even stats watching or watching highlights anymore. Cant bring myself to loose lifetime for that. Maybe iam not authentic enough:naughty:

Winning this games in the late season will save torts and rocky and all the other useless dinos. And it will hurt our draft position. Michkov will be payed 10 with his first contract and before this team will not have any good player. After Michkov is payed they will not have enough money to pay other good players. Its a vicious circle and all the authentics dont understand this shit. We need young players in entry lvl contracts with a few very good veterans. We are building a overpriced Veteran team with players who are middle of the pack players in the nhl. We have only Michkov who will ever be something special in this league. Not one other draft pick round pick 13 will ever be special for the flyers. And we signing one dimensional players like tippet to way to expensive deals.

Everything this team is doing, they are doing it wrong. Its really f***ing EVERYTHING
I watch the 1st and 3rd. 2nd period I watched wwe match. Michkov development is what I care most about. If he turns into a Batman then a lot of problems are solved. If he is a very good Robin then yeah we got issues.
Laughton should go and I am guessing Risto stays because of the contract. We shall see. Honestly how many vets to we have left to trade? I would want Seeler gone and have Andrae up for sure. Couts' contract is untradeable. Hathaway I listen but at the 4th line and his deal, what is he going to realistically bring?

Found him pretty invisible yesterday.

He’s either gassed or scared to try things.

Beautiful goal in the shootout but hoped for a little more.

Kuzmenko was noticeable in a nice way I thought.

Scoring goals in the NHL is tough, but doing it in the shootout is a great way to earn points for your team. That was a move we don't see too often, and beating Hellybucyk? Pretty nice. Drysdale's goal was also pretty creative. Small steps forwards.

This summer's allocation of dead/new cap and what they do with 7 draft picks in the first 2 rounds looms large. A huge test for Flyer's management.

I’d like to think that with all of these selections that they have this year that they could hit on at least one future star, two or three middle grade players and a suspect choice or two. In the end they’ll probably be drafting around ten and be unable to move up in the first round. Pick some grinders at the end of the first round. Then swap out some picks for future selections. In other words, I’m prepared to be unimpressed with the haul that they’ll try to bring in this summer. Flahr gives me little reason to expect otherwise.
