6 of 7 at home. Either they want it and they are in, or they don't and they can work on their hadicap. Simple as that... these are the games "gamers" play for.

Some Bruins news from TSN:

CSN New England's Joe Haggerty that forward David Krejci left practice early with what head coach Bruce Cassidy is calling an "upper body issue".

However, Boston Globe reporter Fluto Shinzawa says Krejci should be able to play on Tuesday against the Nashville Predators.

Haggerty also reports that goaltender Tuukka Rask was the first player on the ice in the morning skate. Rask was a full participant in practice and "looks to be feeling better". The 30-year-old was listed as day-to-day with a lower body injury and didn't travel with the team on Saturday to Brooklyn when the team beat the New York Islanders 2-1.

According Shinzawa, Rask said he feels ready to play on Tuesday against the Predators.

Haggerty also reports that the Boston chapter of the Professional Hockey Writers' Association has named defenceman Zdeno Chara their candidate for the Masterton Trophy for perseverance and dedication to hockey.

One game at a time - Nashville plays tonight vs desperate Isles team. Preds are on a 3 game win streak, I see them beating the Isles and putting in a lot of effort, then having to travel after the game.

The Bruins are rested and desperate. I think the Bruins win tomorrow.

So do I but they sure look scary good against the Ilsanders at the moment in the 1st period .

NBC has announced that Kenny Albert and Pierre McGuire will do the Dallas game as Dave Strader isn't feeling well

Gord Miller, Eddie Olczyk and Pierre will do the game from Chicago.

Five of seven games against playoff teams, Tampa and Toronto have easier schedules.

This is going to be very difficult considering they don't do well against playoff teams.

I went through the schedule and I have the Bruins as 13-30 against playoff teams or teams on the immediate cusp of the playoffs (Tampa, NYI). This does not bode well.

Is Boston @ Chicago for a matinee in the last week of the season an annual thing now? That's a tradition I could live without.
