This team is as good as the top 4 play, and it's pretty easy to shut them down with a game plan, it's unacceptable that Jim Nill went into the season with zero improvements other than hoping rookies can help and Bishop stays healthy and is a Vezina candidate.

We are lucky it's only three. This could easily be a game from last season. Same issues, same weaknesses. I'm not sure I see much change in coaching style and yet it was supposed to be a new start with a new "progressive" coach. A couple of times the camera cut to Montgomery in this and in the Ottawa game and I think he actually looked a little scared. I hope I'm just imagining this.

Because they lack net drive and overall are a soft aF team. No physicality either. Frustrating to watch these road games cuz that's when these elements are needed at times.

It has failed miserably so far and I'm sure it won't be better in year 2 or 3.

Definitely was but it's also similar to the Pitlick signing. Either way, it's not the depth we need.

Unfortunately, the Pitlick signing has been one of Nill's best.

(Not that Pitlick is bad, more of a his signings haven't been good kinda thing)
