Luchanko is a future top 6 center but also needs to take more risks. Drysdale is a rover but also needs to take more risks. York is dynamic but also needed to take more risks when he turned pro.

At a certain point, they have zero idea what their own young players are. Then they act confused when they’re not high skill risk takers (they avoid these types!).

They watched Frost get benched for taking a risk once and said to themselves "that will never be me".
