Oh yeah total opposite, weed turns me into an intellectual demon. I don't smoke the plant anymore because that direct intake can send me to straight tachycardia if I take one too many puffs. Turns my brain into a factory though, doesn't alleviate my anxiety so much as it focuses it into a laser beam that I can direct. When I first transitioned from writing professor's darling to actual salaried professional writer I completely sucked ass at it, because I was sitting in an office sober in the daytime rather than high as hell in a smokey kitchen at 2am.
