It's frustrating that the league has chosen Pittsburgh to be there model team when it plays such a disgusting style of hockey. Stand up on your skates. You're professionals. I'll fall down that easy, NHL players don't drop that easily. Then to top it off they're chippy and dirty. Oh and they were bankrupt until they drafted superstars after purposely tanking. Great franchise.

It's truly a shame a team with so much skill plays like this. Where is the sportsmanship?

Totally. But also, from a long time ranger fans POV. its fitting that our franchise guy is depth guy on Team Canada. If I were one of those sarcastic rangers fan, thats how I'd look at it. I just remember when I heard the quote, it was the first sarcastic thing that came to mind

I know. You are right. And it goes to show how much we really need a young phenom with years in front of him. Sather and the scouting crew really need to do some work and find that guy.

In what way is the response to two petulant, sucky penalties by Nash an overreaction? I truly do not understand how that can be regarded as okay, just because the game is tied.

The team is working like dogs out there, but those actions are a way of undermining it all. Did you see the second one by Nash? He deserves to be stapled to the bench if he pulls any more of that stuff.

Yep, it's funny to think how much I hated the Islanders and Devils growing up. This is a hatred that can't be compared.

Stapling our best offensive threat to the bench for taking a penalty that our PK couldn't kill off, isn't the way to win a game.
