If only Stepan could skate at least as well as Brassard, hed be a completely different player

The Zuccarello line has been good this game, and Staal has been tremendous.

I'd like to switch Nash and Kreider's wings for the third period, but that's just me being a rebel.

I like it (Robocop).

Talbot hasn't played in a while so he hasn't really faced any shooters like the oilers have lately.

is it just me or is Nash playing a bit slugish today?

'The olympics are the elephant in the room' For you nash, it seems so. Guy comes across like playing for Canada is more important then his NHL franchise having success. Got that impression when I listened an interview of his when he first arrived, and he alluded to feeling winning the gold medal was a bigger deal or more important to him. And it's his prerogative to feel that way. But that's our franchise player.

The fact that Stamkos playing in the Olympics was even possible is remarkable.

I agree. When I watched the game he got injured in I thought that was it for him this season. Legs are not supposed to bend the ways his did when he met that post.

I'm surprised Perron didn't have to be stretchered off the ice after that slash from Zucc.

Nash has his gold medal. I'm sure winning the Cup in NY is a huge motivation. He mentioned it without being promoted just last week.
