[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

I think we’ve found a certain comfort level with the way we’re playing. We know what we expect of ourselves and we know what we have to do to win hockey games.
We’ve been able to go into games with guys knowing their roles to make that happen, and the effort and that part of the consistency has been there, and we’ve been able to win consistently.
- Marc Staal

I’m biased obviously, but considering what Callahan means to this team, what he’s taught me and what he’s meant to my NHL career, it would be very tough to see him go.
The business side of this sport is difficult. I went through it this year. It doesn’t say anything about the organization or the player. It’s just the nature of it.
That’s the hardest part. It’s not personal.
- Derek Stepan

I’m a big fan of Ryan Callahan. He wants to be here. Contracts have nothing to do with me.
I’m hoping that both parties can come to an agreement.
- Alain Vigneault

MacKinnon hatty.

Callahan traded to Colorado before the game and plays for them tonight.

Rongos pls.

Wat.

I actually get to go home to JC and watch this tonight sans gf.

LGR!!

Really looking forward to seeing Colorado. I've only seen 1 or 2 of their games. That said, I hope we destroy them and Kreider gets back on the score sheet.

i played this match up on nhl14 the other day.
4-3 rangers
mcdonagh, hagelin (2), and ****...i don't remember the last.
and duchene with a hat trick.

haha I did also, on Saturday.

2-1 Rangers. Brassard and Nash.

Defense better be ready to skate, Mac and Duchene are two of the fastest players were going to see all season they lead the play well, we need to match their speed and get a good breakout going, that defense is weak it can be exploited. We also need to get the powerplay going.

The Devils have the slowest D in the league and seemed to play pretty well against them for the most part.. haha

This is one of those types of games where you normally would see a letdown, a lack of effort game or game we get totally outplayed and go to bed feeling like **** with ourselves.

But I'm hoping this time it will be different. I wanna be surprised this time. Want us to win, handily. I wanna keep these good feelings going!!!

LGR!!!!

First game since opening night. WHooo!!!!lLooking forward to being back in the Garden. Rangers win big. 5-1!

You counter their speed, like the devils did, with good positioning and physicality. If they catch someone flat footed at the blue line their going to fly by. Mac will take care of kne if not both of them, wouldn't be surprised to see him log big minutes tonight.

the avs werent that good last night. devils should have won but blew yet another late game lead. mackinnon was really good though. hes so fast and skilled.

I feel like the Devils didn't play a skating game with them. We on the other hand seem to want to play a skating game with everyone which somewhat concerns me tonight.
