Gibson really won't fetch much even if he plays well. His body can barely handle a 1A/1B situation, no team that is serious about winning a cup is going to spend big and rely on him as their #1.

Swapping Zegras and McTavish would make both lines instantly better IMO.

Colangelo and Gaucher should be penciled in as 3rd line RW and 4th line C next season.

Organisation (whether that's Anaheim or San Diego) going to need to acquire a goaltender if Gibson is out longer then day to day (even then San Diego probably need to sign a back up).
