Expectations of us coming out ready to go are low tho

this 3 game road trip is pretty important. if we can somehow pull out 3 wins, then I bet Verbeek buys at the TDL, but still moves on from Dumo and Fabbri. if we lose any of these games then we're not buying at all.

I feel like we always come out cold after an extended break so my hopes aren't that high for this game.

The Ducks have made slight improvements between the first 27 games and last 27 games of the season that generated four more notches in the win column and producing over a .500 Pts % rate. These slight improvements do not seem like they make a huge difference, but they do when your goalies are standing on their heads. Anaheim's goalies just need a little more offensive support to convert potential losses into wins, which is why the Ducks have a winning record in the latter 27 games.
