Need to review the icing rule. As long as it’s clear that the passing team isn’t trying to waste time or slow the game, irrespective of whether a pass connects, it shouldn’t be an icing.

Too much "open for interpretation" in that. Icing annoys me, but refs getting more discretion just leads to more confusion

This game is bad. Not playing bad just boring as hell. Kings are bad, but the Rangers are falling into their trap. Wouldn’t be shocked if this is the final score.
