It’s happened before where they miss things upon review. Also happens where they let a bad call stand bc even though logic would tell you what happened they had inconclusive angles to see 100% so a bad call will stand. That’s what this was. Puck hit the netting but they couldn’t see definitively that it did even though everyone including Pavelski himself knew it hit the netting and they got lucky.They can get it wrong on the ice, yes.
