That’s ridiculous, and you’re letting your biases about Smith and Mika drive your statements.

If you can watch this team and think they’re well coached, idk what to tell you

Bro..Who's responsible for giving this coach an extension? Lol

It’s a rebuild.
If there is ONE player that will play much better and probably realize his potential WITHOUT AV at the helm......JT MILLER.

To be honest, a lot of coaches would find JT annoying as f***.

He has not gotten his ego in check. He has the body and other tools to be an excellent NHL hockey player.

I've yet to get an explanation on why JG is so terrible. Hasn't fired AV yet, yes, but he could be using the fact that he's hot garbage to improve draft position.

This one big fault is that he didn't fire the coaching staff EVEN if his best replacement option is a 1 year stop gap replacement. This has spiraled into JG with no better option than to enable this goof coach on waiver claims, associate coach choice, associate coach's choice on the assistant coach, ice time distribution, lineup decisions, decisions regarding young developing players of an organization that Vigneault will not be a part of past this April.

Aside from that, Gorton's primary goal this season is to retool on the fly. He didn't want to sign Shattenkirk to a long term deal and didn't. He traded away Stepan for futures.

People complaining about Gorton are forgetting that we're not suppose to be competitive this year and he's doing well sticking to his retool strategy. As a matter of fact, it's tough but smart to tank if we jbiw we're not going to make a playoff push.

What if both need to be changed this of season, the coach was under contract, and Gorton doesn't have a magic genie lamp?

Just awful. All this bullshit about how the Rangers were ready to come out of the all-star break ready to go. This team has no pulse tonight. There's not a player apart from maybe Pavelec I'd give more than a C- for their game tonight. Pathetic.

Not long ago a few games like we see tonight would have brought out the best in these guys before too long. They used to be good and give their best when they started having a few bad games Three seasons ago these guys had pride and didn't like to lose. Now they seem okay with losing badly. It's sad.
