Well he hasn't really been given a chance with top minutes to get a flow going. He hasn't even been given pp minutes if I'm not mistaken. I'm interested in Skjei because I've played against him years back and we used to hang out and talk about hockey . We used to say he was one of the most skilled defenseman we have seen.

He has no place on the PP. He should be playing more, but in a shut down role. Our coaches are idiots though, so nothing is guaranteed with ice time.

Time to split up the top line to help the team. They are the online line that consistently are good 5v5. All the other lines struggle.

I would try something like this. Alot more balanced and i think as a team we would do better 5v5.
