At least in NY towards the end when they were doing this stuff Tortorella had Hagelin and eventually Kreider to stretch out defenses and score on rushes on lobs out of the DZ.

Are we sure York isn’t just one of those Defenseman shaped like whatever container you put him in? Always solid, but also the 2nd best guy on his pair whether it’s 1st or 3rd.
