The big whistle was awesome, I will never forget his voice, it was so distinctive. Unfortunately I didn't get to hear him for more than a year or two.

Bill Chadwick used to have this 30 minute call in show on Viacom cable. If it had even a $10 budget I would be surprised. It was on around 6:30PM. I'm sure he very few people even knew it was on TV.
