I think they can still go back and count it after further review. I believe that’s happened before.

Remember, Cronin doesn't want to sacrifice defense for offense. It's gonna take individual effort to score goals.

Here's the shooting metrics. Look at the disparity of High Danger Chances: Preds 17 to Ducks 8! Big kudos to Gibby and Dostal. Especially Dostal after Nashville tied it at 2-2 early in the 2nd period. We were being dominated on the ice, but Dostal just held until he actually got some puck support in this game.

I brought 2 people who had never been to a hockey game before. I kind of set their expectations really low, gave them basics on rules but didn't mention chicken or hat tricks.

Once we got to 3 goals I was like "okay I need to prepare you for a few things..." Then they were hooked!!!!

Yeah I think when Helleson was traded here he did a little interview where he mentioned how he and Lacombe are long time friends with both being from Minnesota and having been teammates on so many different teams - they seem to have followed each other to many places even considering how small the hockey world is for these calibre of players

What's even crazier is that Anaheim had Z, Lacombe, Thrun, Colangelo, and Helleson in their system at the same time. All five were part of the the 2019 WJC-20 Gold medal team USA! It's a small world, indeed. Best WJC-20 ever b/c Z pissed off all of Canada right before the USA v Canada gold medal game.
