I think a lot of them developed after they tried to "fix" his game... his initial play worked fine with the holes in it that he had

Goalie equipment was probably a factor too. He was really slight and that space between his torso and arms was pretty big when they reduced the size of equipment. Maybe he’s finally filling out.

I wouldn't mind retaining him for cheap if we have enough room after extending Geno, Letang and Rust. But to me he's definitely not a priority.

If we get rid of Boyle, ZAR, and Simon in the off season, then yeah I keep Rodrigues for the 4c spot like I originally wanted him for when we first got the bloke.

Then I’d roll a Zohorna, Rodrigues, Angello 4th line.

Boyle actually isn’t that bad when he’s not playing every other night. Probably would’ve had a point tonight if he had legit NHL goal scorers on his line.

I am, plays a strong 4th line type of game. Good along the boards, skates well, likes using his size and can also play C like Zohorna and he has a decent touch around the net. It was always bizarre as shit to me that Lafferty got the opportunity Angello should have had.

How so? Did you miss when he was up? He actually looked very good while he was up, if anything he should have had a longer look over Simon, etc.
