To be fair, that was a goal that simply shouldn't have happened. Terrible coverage by Eric Staal led to that goal.

things happen when you constantly drive to the net. I would venture to say "most" goals scored in the nhl night by night "shouldn't" happen. teams capitalize on defensive breakdowns and opportunities, something I wish I could say the Rangers would do more often.
