I could watch this all day long! Hard to believe it’s been 45 years!

I think my favorite comment is Johnny Peirson at the 2:30 mark of the video ‘….the Bruins are are at an added disadvantage with those skates….’ 😂😂😂😂. He says it like they are trying to kill a penalty!!!!

Remember vividly watching live. Amazing TV.

What I wouldn't have given to have the rewind/pause options that you young 'uns have today!!!!

Other than Marchand, I can't imagine anyone on this B's team doing this...lol.

Quite the coincidences Bruins had a Billerica guy on that team and 45 years later have
another. That was Bobby Miller's second off ice incident in 4 years as he and several
members of the 1976 US Olympic Team were involved in a barroom incident at end of the '76 Olympics.

I remember watching this game with one of my buds, who was back home visiting family. We were having a couple of frosty's (well more than a couple) and were whopping it up at games end.

Had a bit of a hangover at work the next day, but being XMAS Eve boss let us go about one and managed to get a 2 hour nap in and make the family Xmas Eve party no problem.

That was a hell of a way to cap off the 1970's against an O6 opponent with several Big Bad Bruins still on the team...lol.

Are there 25 players in the league today who would do that? Probably not,

Yeah, with the minimum contract at 750k you don't want to open yourself up for getting sued for going into the stands after a fan...lol.

I will venture that guys like Rempe, Johnston, Reaves, Lomberg WiFi etc would be candidates...lol.
