When did Lettieri get a point? First goal had one assist, second goal was assisted by McDonagh and Desharnais, third goal was Holland to Carey. There might've been a secondary assist, but given it was a PK, there weren't 3 forwards on the ice.

Coaching looked better that period... guys were picking up assignments, few odd man rushes and guys hustled back. Even the breakout looked a bit better after the first 10 min when players were focused strictly on defense. A few brainfarts, but they played better towards their abilities...

This Flyers team has been really good the last 20 or so games... it looks like the NYR played 20 min of the type of hockey they need to play to win. When the team is playing to a system like tonight, they look better. I blame the last few games on coaching, because they should have been prepared to play like this at least 2 games ago, and wasn't.

We traded Cracknell for him in an AHL deal a couple months back. Has been a point/game player in Hartford, has a couple hundred games NHL experience with Toronto, Phoenix, Anaheim. 27, former first rounder. Bottom six center. Under contract next season for less than a million. Might have inside track on 4C next season, but could play wing also.

Lettieri I want on this team

Nieves I like the kid but unfortunately he started making some glaring mistakes the last few games and when he doesn’t put up pts at all it’s going to show if he’s not super good defensively. Not surprised to see him out.

We need Miller at center even when Hayes returns AV has got to go back to that.
