Hossa will be 42 when his contract ends. The last 4 years pay him 1 mil each. You think he's sticking around for that? But there's no way chicago is going to amnesty him this summer. They'll get hit with recapture when he retires. If he retires in 2017, chicago will get a cap penalty of 4.275 mil per year for 4 years.
