Terry was the worst, Carlsson had Vasi swimming but puck rolled on him, and Mac did what he should do, which is rely on his shot/release and he maybe got in too close so Vasi never raised that glove to expose the 7 hole.

Just finished the game, disappointed with the loss but liked what I saw from our youth. Cutter unlocked a new speed, Mac and Leo seemed to do well together. Progress is progress.
What I can't understand is the fourth line always seems to get the o zone shifts after an icing or something. Does that make sense to anyone else? I'm honestly trying to understand cronins thinking, line matching?

I’ve definitely noticed it, but it makes no sense to me. I feel like most good teams, if anything, load up a top line in situations like that.

It’s so hard to have multi point nights on this team. But keep playing like they did last night and hopefully they come. Have to keep them together. Maybe throw Zegras between Cutter and Fabbri. When Z gets back but I did like Z with Leo, they were both producing

The Strome play was obviously a huge frustrating moment in the game, but I also think Derek was a bit unfair in this assessment. It looks to me like Strome believed the goalie caught the puck, not that he stopped to feel sorry for himself. Strome has his limitations but he's a solid pro.
