I’m all for re-signing Grabner at a reasonable deal. But other changes need to be made. I’m also not against selling Grabner at the TDL if we’re still looking hopeless and simply offering him a contract in the summer. I like Grabner. We just need to do the right things for the long term. Holding onto Grabner when he can walk this summer and we are not “needing” him to contend (because we’re not contenders) is probably not the right move for the long term.

This is a fair point. I still want Grabner here though.
