Big game, a win could possibly put us ahead of the Pens (depending how they do v Tampa) and we would be breathing down the NJ's neck with a couple of games in hand

Their roster looks elite on paper but the Rangers are only 4-5-1 in the last 10.
It will take a full team effort but they are beatable when not playing at MSG.

I think they have a shot at three of the next four. Watched last night's game in the wee hours and if keep playing this way, it's a legitimate shot. It will be interesting to see how the standings look next weekend.

I hope Ghost is ready.

I wonder who sits on D. Manning should be the one eating popcorn but you never know.

This'll be a weird one for me. Usually i'm able to catch the entire game, or i come home from work just in time to catch the ending. I'll only be able to watch the first period and some of the second before i gotta head on out. Sucks too, since i have a feeling this'll be a good one. The rags have been surprisingly beatable this season.

I can't stand the idiotic mentally that so many coaches have where they won't change the lineup when winning. Obviously shuffling the top 6 would be stupid, but scratching either Umberger or Vandevelde could only help. I can't imagine Weal being any worse if he has even the tiniest shred of offensive talent. It's not like those other two are good defensively either.

I'm in town for work and managed to switch my flights around so I'll be at this game.

Sounds like Ghost will be back which is sweet.

I'll have some free time tomorrow night and never been in the city on my own before. Any bar recommendations for an early/mid (is 24 mid?) 20s dude? Preferably in Center City.

Umberger might not score another goal in the NHL again.

As somebody else mentioned, McGillian's Olde Ale House is a good spot. Plus, there's a handful of other bars right around there that you can go to within a block vicinity. Opa is a pretty cool spot right there as well. Time is interesting because each room is essentially a different theme.

Ghost will play tomorrow and will go back to the top power-play unit. Guessing Medvedev is the odd man out.

Since Thanksgiving, Medvedev has been scratched in one game, which was Luke Schenn's final game as a Flyer.
