They're not playing Johnson, Torts even said kids from LHV will play ahead of him, same with DeLo.
They're primarily here for road trips, where if you have an injury you just can't call up a kid from LHV and have him show up the next day.
Flyers don't need the cap room, they have more than enough at the TDL to make any move they want to make.

Yeah, because I can't root for them to lose, but I can prefer they lose to good teams after a good fight than lose to a bad team and improve their draft position. Losing to bad teams means players are regressing, losing to good teams in close games means they're not as far from being competitive.

Odds are no one they pick at 6 or 7 will help this team as much as current players improving.

Lycksell playing is far more interesting.

Torts is benching Farabee, he was clear it's not putative, he really likes how Farabee has played most of the season, he's been involved in the offense even though he hasn't scored, but he's been in a funk the last couple weeks.

They want to take a look at Lycksell, Torts says he's been quicker in practice.
Won't surprise me if he stays in the lineup and they rotate through other forwards sitting the next couple weeks.
