I doubt they'll spend much energy on Gauthier, given his play, I doubt most fans even know who he is other than he forced a trade.

Lycksell playing is far more interesting.

Torts is benching Farabee, he was clear it's not putative, he really likes how Farabee has played most of the season, he's been involved in the offense even though he hasn't scored, but he's been in a funk the last couple weeks.

They want to take a look at Lycksell, Torts says he's been quicker in practice.
Won't surprise me if he stays in the lineup and they rotate through other forwards sitting the next couple weeks.

Torts also made it clear that Johnson won't be playing, he's talked with him and Johnson understands his role is as a mentor in the clubhouse and injury insurance but if there's a serious injury, they'll look at LHV players before him.
 
PHI has ~60% win% vs sub .500 teams and ~15% w% vs .500+ so we'll win this one. But that's about it.

Just want to beat Anaheim, we have their 2nd.
Lose to teams we don't own picks.

They're going to struggle to win games until and if the goalies turn it around.
When you have the worst goalie play in the league by a sizeable margin . . .

Don't know if you know this but 1st round picks are higher than 2nd round picks.

They also struggle to score, give up catastrophically bad scoring chances and have a subpar PP and PK. There is a lot wrong with this team
