Bryz has been one of their best players this season. Their defense is awful and they have had a ton of injuries. Need to exploit them.

I don't think so for the second half of the season...

Again, he started the season off very well, then completely collapsed.

He's let in 3 goals or more in 23 of 38 starts. That's terrible.

Sullivan throwing the puck into the net from the bench would be acceptable at this point.

If Clowe can break up odd man rushes from the bench, I don't see why this isn't feasible.

They have had a ton of injuries on the back-end. With that came ineffectiveness at moving the puck to the forwards, which in turn made Laviolette open up the style of play which has then really put a magnifying glass on the fact that they have a AHL caliber defense.

Ok, but that doesn't excuse bryz from his poor performance. It's not like all his goals against are excellent scoring chances due to a poor defense. He lets in a lot of very soft goals.

He hasn't let in a ton of soft goals this season. That was last year. His stats mean nothing when he has no defense. Most goalies would be the same.

Rangers need to cycle and make them chase. Flyers are already tired so making them chase for good periods of time should finish them off.

Are you going off his first 10 games or his whole season? From why I've read from flyers fans is that he carried the team early but has been atrocious since.

We were at DEFCON 2 when we went two straight games without a goal.

I think the Devils have done that like, twice in the past month. I can't even imagine.

In my experience, nothing beats last season around March (?) when our amazing year was being a bit stunted by a slump and Pittsburgh threatened us. DEFCON. DEFCON everywhere.

If we ever needed a replacement for the current Rangers DEFCON scale (which I can't seem to find right now) we'd have plenty to work with

ive seen my fair share of flyers games and hes let in some really horrendous goals. the defense is bad but he doesn't even offer the option of stealing a game.
