I’m calling it. This is the game, we all remember for Mason mctavish becoming a meaner better player. Coming out party for him. He’s going to be the player that most thrives with a new coach as far as being able to play with heart and soul.

I saw Carlsson finishing a check earlier he wouldn't normally as well, but yeah needs to be a team effort and to start from veterans. Gudas, Trouba, Vatrano, hell even guys like Strome and Killorn should read the room at this point. This kind of shit just isn't accectable unless you're indeed going for the forever rebuild.

He has been fiesty today... him and fabbri both have been sticking up for Cutter when they can.

And i absolutely love to see it. Fabri has always played that kind of game too. We just need to upgrade him with a similar player but larger and more skilled and not as injured. We have infinite cap to work with.

I think he should stand up for himself, instead of Mactavish coming to his side every scrum. Doesn’t have to be their toughest guy but I think it would go a long way for him and his teammates of just plain standing up for yourself

We have alpha males it’s just our alpha males are like 7 years younger ( and conversely weaker) than every other teams alpha males. Like I have no doubt that in time guys like Gauthier and Leo and Mac will be a nightmare to contain for other teams.

It’s hard to check when your guy is bigger stronger and more experienced than you and has probably been hyping themselves up for their chance to son you in tonight’s circumstance
 
If old man Cronin gets fired but helped Zegras become more of a 2 way player, lacombe develop, MacT finally becoming “ more of a Brady tkachuk player “ that’s fine with me. We were never going to be able to hire a good proven coach to come in on a rebuild. The Young kids are young enough to still get better and not have built bad habits for our next coach. Also,
In this time dostal has become a true #1 zellwegger/helleson have been solid too. And cutter G from all we’ve been told, also has done what he’s been told, he’s a good soldier. If Cronin had any smarts at all. He would tell his team to stick up for each other, not worry about penalties,stay safe, and leave it all on the ice this 3rd period

I guess we see it differently.

Flyers played the ducks a couple weeks ago in anaheim, and flyers didnt even look towards Cutter.... this is just manufactured due to the crowd. Cutter didnt really do anything to warrant it, and if he retaliates itll be open season on him.

His play in the WJC a few years ago now made me a fan and then he was on spittin chiclets for an interview and I just liked his demeanor. I think the kids a winner
