Boyle likes to think he's a 30 goal scorer. That's his problem. He's park in no man's land on every situation. Brassard couldn't pass anything to him because HE WAS STANDING STILL, ON THE SAME SIDE, WITH THE SAME ANGLE, STICK AND BODY CHECKED BY JVR, WITH NO RELEASE.

The passing is now completely Pejorative Slured. Hey, I don't want to jump to criticizing Torts and Boyler but Torts preached adjusting the game back to being defensive but now we're all useless offensively. The passing of the puck in our own zone is quite.... I haven't seen that many short passes that slow in the defensive zone by any team for a long time only to be followed by a unsuccessful, unphysical board play in the neutral zone to either gain the zone is meh fashion or lose the puck in the NZ.

The Rangers will slowly upgrade their game. By the third period, should have some desperation in it. How long since they really came out flying right off the first puck drop, I don't know, but feels like probably that 6-1 win against Bittsburg.
